Samsung Galaxy S24 finally gets January 2024 Google Play System update

Published

on

Google frequently provides new system updates for Android devices, but due to the server limitation, the company gradually provides the update to every device. Therefore, sometimes it gets too late to extend the update to even the latest devices. The same has happened with the Galaxy S24, but now it has started getting the update.

Galaxy S24 gets January 2024 Google play system update

Google has rolled out a dedicated update for the Play System with a software package of 86 MB; however, it doesn’t bring any new features or innovations for the devices, but it may bring some changes to the internal functions of the devices.

According to the information, there are multiple new play system updates coming back to back after installing the first update. If you are also using the Galaxy S24 device, then you can easily update it by following the simple steps: go to the settings, then tap on security and privacy, then tap on updates, and here you will see the update button. When the download is finished, restart the phone to finish the installation.

It is worth noticing that the February 2024 security patch is already coming to an end, so it can be worth noticing that the device will get the direct March update or the February system update first. Usually Google provides the Play system update at the beginning of every month, but this time, with the January 2024 security update, some Pixel users have faced some issues.
