Samsung brings February 2024 security update for Galaxy F54 and Galaxy A15
Samsung has rolled out the February 2024 update for its several devices, but still, some devices remain that haven’t received the update yet, so to join those devices, the company is gradually giving the update to those devices. Moving forward, the update is now available for the Galaxy F54 and Galaxy A15.
The Galaxy F54 and Galaxy A15 are getting new updates in India
Samsung has rolled out the February 2024 security update for the Galaxy F54 and Galaxy A15 in India. It carries the firmware version numbers E546BXXS4BXB1 and A156EDXU1AXB8. It is worth noticing that the company has already rolled out the update in the US for the Galaxy A15. Now in India, the Galaxy F54 and Galaxy A15 are getting the update with the software packages of 248.25 MB and 252.98 MB, respectively.
The company has attached the standard changelog for the devices, which doesn’t specify any new features, but it says that the update will improve the stability of the devices and may bring about performance improvements under the internal functions.
According to the official documentation, more than 60 fixes have been introduced; of those, 61 have been added by Google, which address issues related to the Android OS. While giving it more attention, Samsung has also added fixes that will provide eight more fixes that will make it available for Galaxy devices exclusively.
If you are using the Galaxy F54 or Galaxy A15 in India, then you can now update. To do that, just go to the software update option through main system settings, tap on download and install, wait until it finishes searching, and if it shows a new update available, tap on the update button.
