Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 Rumored for July Release
Samsung will introduce its new foldable smartphones this year, under the brand names Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. As you know, the company brings its new foldable devices every year to the dedicated Galaxy Unpacked event, which is usually organized in the third quarter of the year, specifically in the month of August, but according to the report, the company may introduce the devices earlier this year.
Samsung may introduce the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in July
Samsung’s Korean new outlet, The Bell, has published that the company may introduce the next Galaxy Z series smartphones earlier than its usual schedule, specifically in mid-July; however, the exact date hasn’t been revealed. In addition, the company will also change the venue and organize the Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris.
According to the information, the upcoming foldables will also follow the same trend to get the same processor that comes with the Galaxy S series device in the same year, which means the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Flip 6 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for the Galaxy chipset.
Apart from the same SoC, the company also brings the Galaxy Z Fold 6 device with the same camera sensor that is used in the Galaxy S24; more specifically, it is expected to be available with a 200 MP sensor, while on the other hand, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 could be equipped with a larger battery and cover display. It is also rumored that this time the company may also introduce an ultra variant of the Galaxy Z Fold6, which indicates that we may get at least two models in the Galaxy Fold 6 series.
