Samsung is dropping back-to-back the One UI 6.1 update to eligible devices. Earlier, it had already rolled out the update to several Galaxy A series devices, including the Galaxy A54, Galaxy A73, and Galaxy A15 5G. Now, a member in the form of the Galaxy A53 is joining the update.
One UI 6.1 for Galaxy A53 is spotted in some Asian countries
As of writing, the Galaxy A53 has been spotted getting the One UI 6.1 update in some Asian countries, including Indonesia and Singapore, and is expected to reach more countries in the next few days.
The update has arrived in Asian countries with the firmware version number A536EXXU9EXDE. With the latest major update, users will not receive new security patches and will continue to use April 2024.

If you are using the Galaxy A53 device in the mentioned countries, then now you can update your Galaxy device to the latest version by going to the system settings, going to the software update menu, and installing the update. But if you don’t receive the update yet, then wait for a few hours, as it may take time to reach every unit of the devices.
