Samsung’s way to roll out security updates is the best of its kind, even though there’s no Android manufacturer close to it. Currently, the company is rapidly covering the November 2024 security update for its Galaxy devices; meanwhile, a few more Galaxy models, including the Galaxy Tab S8+ 5G, A13, and A02s, are getting secured with the update in the US.
Right after rolling out the security patch to major flagships earlier this month, Samsung is dispatching the November 2024 security update to more eligible models, including the Galaxy Tab S8+ 5G, alongside the Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A02s on the Verizon network.
Taking Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ 5G in particular, the November 2024 security update for the carrier-locked units has been released with the X808USQS8CXK5 firmware version.
On the opposite side, the carrier-locked Samsung Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A02s are also getting similar updates that can be identified with the A135USQSBEXK1 and A025VSQS7CXK2 version numbers.
Although the update is a minor security patch that integrates the November patch that significantly addresses a lot of fixes for all the security vulnerabilities in order to offer a secure experience that helps to protect their devices against external harms and threats. It resolves certain known issues for a more efficient user experience.
Alternatively, the update further brings a lot of performance optimizations for smooth performance. It adds stability and reliability to the overall system behavior, applies the latest security patches, and delivers much-improved features to help users to have a more smooth, stable, and optimized experience.
