Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus surfaced on Geekbench once again but with a new chipset, Snapdragon 8 Elite, and has shown impressive performance in testing.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is supposed to debut on 22 January next year at the Galaxy Unpacked event. Before the official announcement, the plus variant of the series, the Galaxy S25 Plus, made its existence known on the Geekbench database and delivered significant performance as compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24+, and even the base Galaxy S25.
According to the Geekbench database, the Galaxy S25+ scored an impressive 3160 in single-core and 9941 in multi-core, although these scores are far better as compared to the base Galaxy S25.
The listing of the device also confirms the presence of the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, clocked at 4.47 GHz, which is higher than the standard version’s 4.32 GHz limit. Apart from this, it also revealed that the Galaxy S25+ will be available in a 12GB RAM variant. The current spotting confirmed that the Galaxy S25+ will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
