Samsung has started testing the Android 15 for its budget-able smartphone Galaxy M14 for the LTE variant.

Samsung is still actively working on Android 15-based One UI 7 and can start the beta program anytime soon this month. Finally, the brand has begun testing the Android 15 for its budget-able smartphone Galaxy M14.

The Galaxy M-series belongs to budget-able smartphones that are not even eligible for the One UI 7 beta update. Now the Galaxy M14 spotted on Geekbench running Android 15 for the first time. According to the database, the single core of the device scored 419 whereas the multi-core scored 1387.

Samsung debuted the Galaxy M14 in early 2023, powered by Exynos 1330, and runs Android 13-based One UI 5.1, out of the box. The company has promised two major Android OS updates and four years of security patches this means that Android 15 will be its last major software update.

Apart from the Galaxy M14, more budget Galaxy smartphones; for instance, Galaxy A14 5G and Galaxy A15 5G were spotted online running Android 15 as early as October. The company will release the stable Android 15 update to this device after finishing the rollout for flagship devices.
