Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Spotted on FCC with Key Specs Revealed

Samsung to debut the Galaxy S25 series in late January 2025 at the Galaxy Unpacked event. Before the official launch, the global models of the series appear on FCC certification revealing the key specifications.

According to the report from MySmartPrice, the Galaxy S25 series appeared on the FCC. The Galaxy S25 series will include three models: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, and the global variants of these three devices were spotted on FCC certification with the dedicated model numbers SM-S931B/DS, SM-S936B/DS, and SM-S938B/DS.

The certification revealed that all three models of the series will have wireless charging as well as wireless power-sharing support, but the base and plus variants could not arrive with the fast charging upgrades. According to certification, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ are tested with the EP-TA800 charging adapter with 25W wired charging support and the EP-DN980 charging cable. Whereas the Galaxy S25 Ultra tested with an EP-TA800 adapter with 25W speed support. But it could have 45W fast charging support.

According to the FCC, phones will feature impressive connectivity options, including 5G, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi, NFC, UWB, and GNSS. the ultra variant of the series, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, will have support for the S Pen. As expected, the listing also hints that the entire series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite and will run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box.
