Android Auto 13.4 Brings Refreshed Media Player Design

Google is constantly redesigning its smart driving companion, Android Auto, to offer a more enhanced and convenient user experience. The company has recently released the new Android Auto 13.4 version that brings various new features and changes to the platform. Now, a new feature has been spotted that offers an updated media player design with the latest version.
According to the reports (via 9To5Google), it’s impressive that Android Auto gets a new revamped media player design. This new redesign has just been spotted with the platform running the current and latest 13.4 version.

The key highlight of the latest media player revamp not only features a smaller yet notable album art that looks amazing, while also offering a stunning dynamic coloring scheme that significantly Google’s iconic Material You themes on Android smartphones and tablets. Previously, it was already noted that Android Auto also acquires the Material You theme with 13.4 version, though.
Alternatively, the latest version (currently 13.4) further makes a nice and useful visual change, shifting the album art of the music player to the left side. This empties the space for the progress bar which has been placed right next to the album art underneath track title, Artist and timings. Making the text comparatively smaller and features noticeable for smoothly highlighting the UI elements.
To add more to it, the Android Auto fonts have also been updated and are now visible to everyone running the latest version. Simultaneously, the new media player UI of Android Auto has taken into effect with Spotify, while it’s expected that the changes should be the same in all the other audio applications running on Android Auto.
Moreover, this new change to Android Auto probably signifies that Google is up to bringing something interesting for the users, this could be the landing of the ability to run local media on Android Auto along with FM radio stations, though.
