WhatsApp Status Sharing to Facebook and Instagram Made Seamless

WhatsApp, the popular instant messaging application is getting several new features over time for the users in order to offer a more sophisticated experience. Meanwhile, Meta has announced that soon the platform will be joining its Account Management Center, bringing it slightly closer to Instagram and Facebook.
The official blog post significantly announced that Meta is making certain changes to the WhatsApp status by allowing users to add WhatsApp to the Account Center; however, it’s completely optional and turned off by default, helping users who want to share their statuses across other apps including Instagram and Facebook.

Not only does this latest functionality help WhatsApp users to create a seamless connection across other Meta applications, but it also allows them to easily share their daily life updates from their WhatsApp status to Facebook and Instagram Stories, eliminating the need to post the same content multiple times.

Meanwhile, Meta suggests that the new option has been added in the form of Facebook Story and Instagram Story toggles that can be found under the “Who can see my status” settings. Alternatively, users will be able to easily control who can see their status, while also having an option to share separate audiences and users will be able to log back into their WhatsApp account with just a single tap.

Moreover, Meta has announced a new option that allows users to share their WhatsApp status to Facebook or Instagram Stories via Account Center. While the process of rolling out the feature is gradual, it will reach a larger audience slowly and steadily.
