
Finally, the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 series owners in Europe can rejoice as Samsung has just started the One UI 7 stable rollout in the country.
Right after receiving the stable update in a few major regions, including the US, the Galaxy S22 and S21 series are getting the latest firmware, identified with build numbers S90*BXXUDFYD9 and G99*BXXUEHYD5, respectively.
More specifically, the availability of the update for the Galaxy S22 and S21 models has begun expanding in different parts of Europe, while the users will get it gradually over time. At the same time, the update primarily packs the essential capabilities of Android 15, and Samsung has infused a host of features and useful upgrades as well.
It brings a more sophisticated UI, adds more improved Galaxy AI features, integrates various upgrades and customizations for the home screen widgets, adds the capability to check various key alerts and control timers and more via a newly-added Now Bar feature without unlocking the phone, boosts productivity with more improved tools like Writing Assist, call summaries, transcript, Drawing Assist, and more.
In addition, the update further integrates the latest April security patch that eventually focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality in order to offer a more secure user experience.
