Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S21 getting November 2023 update in the USA

Samsung is handling multiple updates, even with server limitations. The company has successfully rolled out the updates at the ideal time. For your information, the Korean giant is testing One UI 6, these updates for several devices, and also pushed the stable update for the Galaxy S23 devices in different countries. But still, it has brought the November 2023 security update on time and expanded it to more eligible devices.

Notably, the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S21 series devices are getting the new update in the US. The latest update is now available on both locked and unlocked variants of the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, carrying the firmware version number N98*U1UES5HWJ4.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy S21 series devices, including the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra, are getting new updates on locked variants coming with firmware version number G99*USQS9EWK1. These devices have already grabbed the update in Europe as well.

The November 2023 update for the Galaxy devices comes with more than 60 fixes that aim to improve the overall security of the devices. However, it is worth noticing that the update may also add some more improvements to the internal functions of the device, which will boost the performance and stability of the devices as well.

If you are also using the Galaxy Note 20 or Galaxy S21 series device in the US, then you can easily install the new update by going to the system settings and tapping on the software update menu. Inside this menu, you will get a download and install option. Select it and wait until it finishes searching. If it shows a new update available, tap on the download button, and it will be installed automatically.
