Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy A52 LTE grab December 2023 security update
Samsung initially started introducing the December 2023 security update to one of its most appreciated flagship devices, the Galaxy S23, but it was limited to the US. Now the company has started rolling out the same update to its older high-end and midrange devices, the Galaxy Note 20 series and the Galaxy A52.
Notably, the Galaxy Note 20 series and Galaxy A52 LTE are getting new software updates in some South American countries. The update for the Galaxy Note 20 series has been spotted with the version number HWL1( last four letters). While the Galaxy A52 LTE has grabbed the update with firmware version number A525MUBS6DWK3, As the latest update is coming with a new security patch, don’t expect any new changes or features with this update.
According to the official documentation, the December 2023 security update is coming with more than five dozen security vulnerability fixes. More specifically, there are 50 fixes that are included by Google, and additionally, there are 15 more fixes that are included by Samsung that will enhance the overall functioning of the devices.
