One UI 6.1 Internal Tests: Samsung Keyboard to Gain AI-Powered Translation and Tone Modulation

In a previous report, we discussed the AI integration, which will provide some significant features that will enhance the experience of typing on the Samsung Keyboard. It is worth noticing that new features are coming with the One UI 6.1 spotted in the internal testing. Now we have some more details.

According to the information, a new AI icon is appearing in the bar of the keyboard. When you tap it, two options appear, one of which is change tone and the other is translate, which indicates that you will now easily take advantage of the help of AI to set the tone of your typing sentences. There are several tones available, including original, professional, casual, social, polite, witty, emotional, etc.

Along with this, you can also enjoy live translation with multiple language support; however, this functionality is already available for the Gboard, but as the Samsung keyboard’s function is powered by AI, we have to wait to see what it will provide differently.

As said earlier, all these AI-related features will be available with the One UI 6.1, and it is expected to debut with the Galaxy S24 series, which will launch early next year. If we talk about the other AI features, we will get some more information about the interaction of AI, which will help users with wallpaper creation, adaptive battery protection, and lockscreen portrests.
