Google One Is Close To Reach 100 Million Subscribers

Sundar Pichai unveiled at Alphabet’s Q4 2023 earnings calls that Google One is close to crossing 100 million subscribers. Google is also gearing up to bring more AI features

He stated that Google One is rising well along with the strong user growth. Apart from this, he also mentioned how it provides expanded storage, unlocks exclusive features in Google products, and permits a strong relationship with the most engaged users.

The consumers are dealing with subscriptions that include storage 100GB, 200GB, 2TB, 5TB, 10TB, 20TB, and 30TB, which are eligible to be shared with at least five other accounts. The users can now also get extra Google Photos editing features, Workspace premium, VPN by Google One, dark web monitoring, 3-10% back on the Google Store, and additional customer support.

The pricing in the US starts from $1.99 per month for 100GB, whereas a well-known 2TB “Premium” plan is $99.99 annually. Apart from all this, one more new addition, Duet AI for Google Workspace, is expected, which includes Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. And another enhancement is Bard Advanced, along with Gemini Ultra.

Usually, subscriptions are a $15 billion business for Google, with YouTube being the key driver. However, this includes YouTube Music, YouTube Premium, and YouTube TV, with NFL Sunday Ticket being distinctly worthy of note.
