US Locked Galaxy S23, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 get April 2024 Update

Samsung has already rolled out the April 2024 security patch to the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S21 series, and Galaxy Z Fold 4, but it was available in limited units. Now, with the expansion, the locked units of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S21, and Galaxy Z Fold 4 have started getting the April 2024 update.
The Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra can identify the latest update by the firmware version numbers S911USQS2CXCN, S916USQS2CXCN, and S918USQS2CXCN, respectively.
The Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra devices are getting the update with the firmware version numbers G991USQSAFXD3, G996USQSAFXD3, and G998USQSAFXD3. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is getting the same update with the firmware version number F936USQS4EXD1.
The April 2024 security patch is a standard security patch update that doesn’t bring any significant changes for the devices, but it will provide some internal enhancements for the devices. At the same time, it will also provide some important fixes that could improve the overall performance and stability of the devices.
If you are a One UI fan, then this is good news for you. Recently, it was reported that it will provide the One UI 6.1update to more Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S22, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy A54.
