Galaxy G Fold could face Huawei Mate XT dispaly challenge

Samsung is gearing up to launch its first-ever tri-fold smartphone called the Galaxy G Fold by the end of this year, which is anticipated to not beat Huawei in terms of display size.
The Korean tech giant is working on expanding its ways in the foldable market to maintain its leading legacy and a bunch of foldable phones to debut this year, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, Galaxy Z Flip FE (which could be called the Galaxy Flip Xe), and Galaxy G Fold.
The Galaxy G Fold is rumored to launch by the end of this year, which might not beat the Huawei Mate XT. To maintain its leading legacy, Samsung’s triple foldable phone has to stand strong against the Huawei Mate XT, but the report suggests that it might not be possible in terms of display.
The Huawei Mate XT Ultimate features a massive 10.2-inch display, whereas the Galaxy G Fold is expected to have a 9.9-inch display. Although it’s not a major difference, it could be a game-changer. Another reason Samsung’s Galaxy G Fold might lose the war is its 25W fast charging speed, since the Mate XT features 66W charging support.
These are the few aspects that might be the reason behind Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy G Fold losing against the Mate XT. It’s also reported that Samsung will make only 200,000 units of the device. However, there’s no official detail regarding the Galaxy G Fold yet, so it remains to be seen what will happen next and whether it will stand strong against its rival.
