Samsung’s One UI 7 stable update hitting Galaxy S21 FE

Samsung’s One UI 7 stable rollout is right on the track to reach more eligible Galaxy Smartphones, tablets and foldables; meanwhile the Galaxy S21 FE units have started getting the stable update for the first time.

The Galaxy S21 series owners are already receiving the latest update in Europe and now the software is hitting the Fan Edition model of the S21 family in Panama in the Latin American region.

More specifically, the firmware for the S21 FE models is identified with the build number, G990EXXUDGYD4 and the wider availability is expected shortly.

At the same time, the update not only brings the goodness of Android 15’s useful capabilities, but also incorporates a more improved UI that allows users to have a next level experience.

The update significantly adds a simplified yet more sophisticated system experience with Galaxy AI, upgraded and highly customizable home screen widget, adds the capability to get all the key information such as alarm alerts, sports details, health-based info, and more at a glance via a newly-added Now Bar feature without unlocking the device, while also providing a boost to the productivity tools like Writing Assist, Drawing Assist, call summaries, transcript and more.

Further, the update integrates the latest April security patch that eventually focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality to provide a more secure user experience.
