The Korean giant is aggressively working towards and expanding the update to regions day by day. The company has served the latest update to several Galaxy devices till now. What will the January 2023 update bring for your Galaxy devices?

The January 2023 security patch update has several fixes, which Google and Samsung include. In detail, there are 52 patches added by Google which are marked as High priority. Along with these, Samsung has also included 20 other patches which are specially designed for its Galaxy devices.

Moreover, the update may carry some different features for the devices because, as per the observing few updates of Galaxy devices, it has been identified that the update brings some minor features as well that improve the overall performance and stability of the Galaxy devices.

We are in the middle of the month, and Samsung is rolling out this month’s June 2024 security patch for Galaxy S21 smartphones in the European market. 

Samsung Galaxy S21 series, which includes three models – Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra, is receiving a new June 2024 security patch in Europe. The brand has already rolled out this update for the Galaxy S21 smartphone in the US on the Verizon network. The update for the European market has arrived with its specific firmware version, as mentioned here – 

  • Galaxy S21 – G991BXXSBGXED
  • Galaxy S21+ – G996BXXSBGXED
  • Galaxy S21 Ultra – G998BXXSBGXED

Samsung’s June 2024 security update fixed all the bugs and known issues that were housed in the previous version and were creating some inconvenience while performing a few functions. Since all the bugs were fixed with the update, it will surely enhance the overall system software.

The Korean brand Samsung is releasing a June 2024 security patch for several Galaxy foldable devices. 

A bunch of Galaxy foldable devices include Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy Z Flip 3. All of these devices are receiving the update in the US on the Verizon network. Each of the devices getting this new update with their identification firmware version as mentioned below –

Samsung has already released the June 2024 security patch for several devices. However, this update does not bring any significant upgrades or notable changes; it fixes all the bugs and known issues. The update fixes all the security vulnerabilities, which will enhance the overall security and privacy of these devices. 

The update brings approximately 60 patches to fix multiple vulnerabilities. More particularly, Google has offered 37 patches to be applied to the Android OS. This June 2024 security patch boosts the stability, reliability, and overall system software of the devices mentioned above.

Samsung is expanding its June 2024 security patch to more Galaxy devices to enhance the overall system security. 

The Korean giant has already rolled out the June 2024 security patch to several Galaxy devices in different regions. Now Verizon is releasing a June 2024 security update to fan edition Galaxy devices, including Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy S21 FE (2022), and Galaxy S23 FE. The brand has released the update with the specific firmware version for each device so owners can easily identify the update – 

  • Galaxy S20 FE – G781VSQSEHXE3
  • Galaxy S21 FE – G990USQSBGXF1
  • Galaxy S21 FE (2022) – G990U2SQS9GXF1
  • Galaxy S23 FE – S711USQS4CXE3 

The June 2024 security update brings approximately 60 patches to fix different vulnerabilities and deliver seamless performance. Google has brought 37 patches that will be applied to the Android OS.
